Yes. Prestige Art Gallery insures all shipments, so that in the case of loss or damage during shipping we can easily replace any works that were damaged during transit. If this occurs, please contact email@example.com and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please note: more expensive works have higher insurance fees, which accounts for higher shipping costs of expensive works.

When can I expect my order to ship?
All works from Prestige Art Gallery ship within 14 business days of the date the order is placed.
If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within 14 days following your order date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help investigate the status of your order.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a Courier tracking number so you can monitor your shipment directly.
Can I return an order I have received?
All works offered on our site are final sale items. Thus, we are unable to accept returns for sold artworks except in the case of damage during shipping.
