About Prestige Gallery
Prestige Gallery was founded in Singapore in 2019 with a commitment to respecting and supporting Asia’s diverse cultural expressions, and to discovering, exhibiting, and promoting outstanding artists from Southeast Asia.
The gallery emphasises academic research and art-historical inquiry through archival work, interviews with artists and critics, and public forums and seminars, exploring the impact of art on local culture and cross-cultural dialogue. Our vision is to expand the frameworks of traditional Chinese culture while introducing both established masters and emerging talents. A key focus is contemporary ink art and its lasting influence on Asian aesthetics, alongside a wide range of contemporary practices, including painting, sculpture, photography, and new media.
Prestige Gallery also plays an active role in Singapore’s art ecosystem by connecting artists, audiences, and collectors through lectures, art collection programs, exhibitions, museum visits, and art studio tours. It supports local and international collectors, promotes social engagement through art, and provides an open platform to discuss issues shaping contemporary life.
